Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Effectively managing time on properties in accordance with client needs
  • Representing the company in a positive, upbeat and responsible manner
  • Communicating with clients on feedback, questions, needs, and requests
  • Ongoing maintenance of perennial, annual, tree and shrub material
  • Regular pruning of plant material as necessary and according to client needs
  • Installation and care of annual gardens and containers
  • Inspecting and selecting nursery stock
  • Maintaining and caring for assigned tools and equipment
  • Implementing excellent safety practices
  • Completing daily paperwork as outlined


  • Strong horticultural background and work experience, at least 1-2 years
  • Extensive knowledge of perennial, annual, tree and shrub material, as well as hort tools
  • Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, and be a “self-starter”
