Primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Planing, ordering and displaying plant and hard good materials
  • Maintaining quality of products through watering, trimming, fertilizing and other proper maintenance
  • Providing excellent customer service through all aspects of the customers buying experience (assisting with finding product, cashiering, loading customer’s car etc…)
  • Any other duties as assigned or needed

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with inventory control, purchasing and plant care
  • Minimum of 5 years retail experience
  • Associates degree or higher in management or horticulture related field
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, soils, insecticides and disease-related topics preferred
